Shipping Information – Orrill’s Auction
We want to make shipping as easy as possible for our winning bidders. If you would like your items shipped, please request shipping in the “Notes to the Auctioneer” box when registering for the auction and we will allocate your items for you.
We work with three trusted third-party shipping companies. Based on the size, weight, shape, and fragility of your items, we will recommend one of the following options:
Recommended Shippers
1. GPD Enterprise
• Typically used for smaller, flat items (coins, cards, knives, etc.)
• You will receive a PayPal invoice via email. Once paid, your items will be sent out along with tracking info

2. Glendale Shipping Center
• Used for a variety of items including art, collectibles, and decor
• A separate invoice will be sent once your items are packaged and weighed
• All items are shipped to the billing address on file
• Processing time: 3–10 business days
• Tracking information will be emailed

3. UPS Store (Store #7249)
• Typically used for larger or heavier items
• You will receive an email with a secure form to authorize UPS to pack and ship your items
• The form allows you to input your payment details directly to UPS

Using Your Own Shipper or Freight Company
If you prefer to use your own shipping or freight provider, we’re happy to help coordinate:
• Buyer is responsible for contacting and arranging payment with the outside shipper
• Orrill’s Auction will help facilitate pickup once your invoice is paid in full
• We can provide dimensions of items, but weighing large or bulky items is not always possible
