Orrill's Auction Services LLC ("Orrill's," "we," "us," or "our") operates orrillsauction.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you visit or use the Site.

Analytics and Measurement

The Site uses Squarespace to host and operate the Site. We use Google Analytics to understand general Site traffic and performance when you permit optional analytics cookies.

We do not currently use Google Ads conversion tags, advertising audiences, remarketing, targeted advertising, or personalized advertising based on a visitor's activity on our Site. We may use Google Ads or related advertising and measurement technology in the future to measure advertising results and, where permitted, to create advertising audiences or deliver and measure relevant ads. Before activating those features, we will update this Privacy Policy and configure the cookie choices so the technology is used only after any consent required by applicable law.

The Site also uses Adobe Fonts and an accessibility widget provided by UserWay. Those providers may process limited technical information needed to provide and operate their features.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site.

- Understand aggregate Site traffic and performance when you permit optional analytics cookies.

We do not exchange personal information for money. We do not currently use personal information for targeted advertising, remarketing, or to create advertising audiences based on a visitor's use of the Site. If we begin doing so, we will provide the required notice, choice, and consent controls before that use begins.

Do Not Track and Cross-Site Collection

Some browsers allow you to send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is not a uniform standard for interpreting those signals, the Site does not currently change its behavior in response to them. We do not authorize third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites through this Site for their own targeted-advertising purposes.

HiBid and Other External Websites

The Site links to auction pages hosted by HiBid. HiBid is a separate website with its own privacy practices, terms, account-registration process, and data collection. Once you leave our Site, this Privacy Policy does not govern information collected by HiBid or any other third-party website.

Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may decline optional analytics cookies through our cookie banner. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and verification of your request.
